Job summary

Stantec is seeking an Owner’s Representative, Project Director to lead design and construction of multiple projects ranging from conceptual planning through occupancy. Projects span sectors with total costs from several million to $300+ million.

The Project Director guides the team with executive oversight when needed and maintains client confidence at the senior level. You will manage budgets, schedules, and risk across complex programs, coordinating up to 25-50 professionals while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 10 years’ experience managing projects and leading project teams.
• Professional registrations or certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of multiple projects valued at $25m-$300m, including renovations and new builds.
• Directly manage activities of up to 25-50 project team members.
• Foster a diverse collaborative culture and motivate the team.
• Interact with clients as project leader and define pace, progression, and culture.
• Present budgets, schedules, and events to clients with executive confidence.
