Job summary

Stantec is seeking an Owner’s Representative, Project Director to lead design and construction across multiple projects ranging from several million to $300M. You will guide project teams, manage budgets/schedules, and maintain client confidence through executive-level oversight.

Based in Plano/Texas, you will oversee a diverse portfolio and partner with clients to ensure strategic goals are achieved while fostering collaboration across disciplines and sites.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in building sectors related to design and construction is required.
• Project Management experience on large, capital projects.
• Ability to analyze and manage project budgets.
• Understanding of preconstruction/process requirements and contracts.
• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of multiple projects valued at $25m-$300m, including renovations and new builds.
• Directly manage 25-50 project team members and coordinate with clients.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and monitor profitability and fee utilization.
• Present budgets and timelines to clients and senior executives.
• Ensure project scope, goals, and client expectations are met.
