Job summary

Stantec is seeking an Owner’s Representative, Project Director in Tampa to oversee design and construction across diverse projects from planning through occupancy. You will direct project teams, manage budgets, and align client priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates have a strong track record in large-capital projects, leadership of cross-functional teams, and the ability to present to C-suite clients.

Qualifications

• Leadership in building sectors related to design and construction.
• PM on large, capital projects with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to analyze and manage project budgets.
• Understanding of preconstruction and development processes.
• Knowledge of contract language and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of multiple projects valued at $25m-$300m, renovations and new builds.
• Directly managing activities of up to 25-50 project team members.
• Foster a diverse collaborative culture and align client goals.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and project performance against contracts.
• Present budgets and schedules to clients and senior executives.
• Lead project teams and maintain client confidence throughout the program.
