Qualifications

• Commercial construction project management experience with a general contractor
• Experience on healthcare, education, institutional, or other complex commercial projects
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, buyout, and subcontractor management
• Ability to develop relationships with owners and lead project teams
• Desire to take on greater responsibility and advance professionally

Responsibilities

• Own commercial construction projects in central Ohio and lead the project team.
• Manage project financials, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and owner relationships.
