Job summary

KingRecruitingServices is seeking an experienced Owner's Representative (Senior Construction Project Manager) to join a Southeast regional real estate development firm. The role is based in Nashville with weekly to bi-monthly travel to multiple states to ensure smooth project delivery for clients.

The ideal candidate will move from a traditional Multifamily PM role toward owner-side leadership, overseeing construction progress, managing changes, and ensuring alignment with owner/developer goals.

Qualifications

• Experience as Owner's Representative or senior construction PM in multifamily developments.
• Strong track record in delivering complex construction projects on behalf of owners.
• Ability to manage changes and coordinate delivery across teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Multifamily Construction Process
• Run the change order management process during construction
• Coordinate and oversee the execution of owner requested changes during construction
• Run the delivery coordination process between Construction and the operator
