Consertus, Inc. in Chicago seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead Owner Representation for capital projects in the Chicagoland area, coordinating with owners, designers, and contractors across multiple programs.

You will supervise planning, cost and schedule management, design quality, and contract administration while maintaining client relationships and supporting business development efforts. Hybrid work and travel to sites are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management or related field (preferred)
• 12+ years of experience
• Experience with Capital Programs and Construction Project Management
• Experience with Owner Representation services preferred
• Able to communicate complex project issues clearly to clients, boards and stakeholders
• Proficiency with MS Office and scheduling platforms (MS Project, P6 or equivalent)
• Willingness and ability to travel to client offices and project sites; hybrid work schedule

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day owner's representative activities and manage complex projects or multiple assignments
• Develop and maintain project budgets, cash flow, and cost forecasts; review bids and change orders
• Develop and maintain milestone schedules; support design and construction teams
• Review materials and designs for conformance with owner requirements; conduct site observations
• Prepare procurement, contract administration, and documentation; oversee consultants and vendors
• Build trusted client relationships and contribute to qualifications, proposals, and business development
