Job summary

Consertus' Buildings group seeks a Project Manager to oversee Owner Representation work in the Chicagoland area. You will supervise planning, design and construction, coordinating with owners, designers and contractors regarding cost, schedule, quality, and contract administration.

The role requires 7–10+ years of experience, a relevant degree, and the ability to manage multiple projects with senior guidance. A hybrid schedule with travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 7–10+ years of experience in project management for capital programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day owner’s representative and primary project contact.
• Develop and maintain project budgets and cash flow projections.
• Develop and maintain overall project milestones and schedules.
• Review materials, design decisions, and quality conformance with owner requirements.
• Support procurement, bidding, and contract administration.
• Maintain client relationships and assist with business development.
