Job summary

Struction Solutions is seeking an Owner’s Authorized Representative (OAR) II in Los Angeles to manage all phases of construction projects from pre‑construction to close‑out. This role is vital to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in Construction Management, including leadership in high-value projects, and possess knowledge of safety regulations and compliance. The position demands strong project oversight and communication with both internal teams and public agencies.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience in Construction, Project, or Construction Management.
• 5+ years leading projects valued at $20M+.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations (OSHA 30 minimum).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate pre‑construction, bidding, construction, and project close‑out.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
• Evaluate contractor change orders and negotiate pricing.
