Job summary

CLMI Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Construction Manager acting as the Owner Authorized Representative II for LAUSD. Based in Los Angeles, this role oversees pre-construction through close-out, coordinating with public agencies and managing budgets/schedules to meet District standards.

Required15 years of experience in construction management with at least 5 years in large-scale projects over $20M, plus relevant degrees or CCM credentials. Certifications like BIM/LEED/CHPS preferred.

Qualifications

• Fifteen years of full-time paid experience in Construction and/or Project/Construction Management.
• At least five of the fifteen years should include coordinating complex projects with construction values over $20M.
• Education can be met via degree or CCM credential and related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manages all phases of pre-construction, bid/award, construction and close-out for assigned projects.
• Reviews pre-construction docs and provides comments to Designer as needed.
• Plans and prepares progress reports for upper management.
