Job summary

Struction Solutions is seeking an experienced Owner Authorized Representative I (OAR I) to oversee commercial and public educational facility construction projects from pre-construction through close-out. You will ensure budgets, schedules, quality, and District requirements are met while coordinating with design teams, contractors, and public agencies.

The role emphasizes managing complex projects valued at over $10 million, with responsibility for change orders, payments, and DSA certification

Qualifications

• 10 years of full-time professional experience in construction/project management; 3+ years with $10M+ projects.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture/engineering/construction management; CCM acceptable in lieu of degree.
• CCM credential and/or CA professional license preferred/required per path.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases from pre-construction to close-out with control of budgets and schedules.
• Review design and pre-construction documents; provide comments to design team.
• Prepare progress reports for upper management and districts.
• Coordinate with public agencies, district staff, and project teams.
