Qualifications

• Fifteen (15) years full time paid professional experience in Construction and/or a combination of Project and Construction Management of Commercial and/or Public/Educational Facility Construction; 5 of the 15 years leading complex projects >$20M.
• Twenty (20) years full time paid professional experience in Construction and/or a combination of Project and Construction Management of Commercial and/or Public/Educational Facility Construction; 15 of the 20 years leading complex projects >$20M.
• CCM credential may substitute for the education requirement.
• Design Build Experience
• Experience utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Experience with LEED/CHPS certified proj.
• Experience with DSA construction/design processes
• OSHA 30 minimum safety knowledge

Formation

Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or construction management

Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential
