Job summary

2 College Brothers Moving & Storage is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Consultant / Senior Moving Consultant to drive new business in the Tampa Bay area. You will conduct in-home estimates, plan complex moves, and manage relationships with customers, managers, and referral partners.

You’ll balance sales, project management, and customer service while delivering customized moving solutions and building lasting trust with clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales and managing a sales pipeline.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple moving pieces.
• Comfort with consultative selling and building trust with customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home and onsite estimates throughout the Tampa Bay area.
• Manage large residential, interstate, commercial, and specialty moves.
• Schedule and coordinate your own appointments and follow-ups.
• Build relationships with referral partners and community contacts.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with proactive outreach.
• Create detailed moving plans and project scopes.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure successful execution.
