Job summary

Community Medical Group seeks a proactive Membership Growth Specialist to expand its presence in the Miami area. You will build relationships with seniors, healthcare partners, and local businesses to generate new patient opportunities and drive enrollment growth.

You will conduct outreach at community events, promote the value proposition, and coordinate growth initiatives while leveraging Salesforce and other sales tools. A strong sales background and travel locally are required.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED with preference for a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum two years of successful sales experience is required.
• Experience with seniors/Medicare or healthcare services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with seniors, community organizations, healthcare partners, and local businesses to generate new patient opportunities.
• Conduct outreach activities at senior centers, events, health fairs and community settings.
• Promote the Community Medical Group value proposition to prospective patients and caregivers.
• Plan, coordinate, and participate in outreach events and growth initiatives.
• Develop relationships with health plan agents, brokers, and community partners.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective patients and referral sources.
• Collaborate to increase awareness and membership growth.
• Ensure agents and brokers are engaged in events to support enrollment.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM and other tools to track leads and opportunities.
• Maintain records of sales activities and outreach efforts.
• Prepare activity calendars and strategic plans for target communities.
• Support marketing campaigns and re-engagement with inactive patients.
• Deliver presentations about services and programs to audiences.
• Develop referral networks and channels for enrollment growth.
• Build long-term relationships with enrolled patients for retention.
• Address patient concerns professionally and timely.
• Partner with leadership to improve outreach strategies.
