Molina Healthcare seeks a Senior Growth & Community Engagement professional to drive enrollment and referral growth across markets. You will build partnerships with CBOs and providers, and coordinate community events to boost Molina brand visibility.

The role requires travel and strong community outreach, with a focus on expanding access to Molina products and services for diverse populations.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of related experience in marketing, business development, community engagement, sales and/or customer service.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 3 hours for events.
Ability to attend public events in outdoor venues in all weather conditions.
Strong customer service acumen.
Networking skills to develop relationships with key stakeholders, including CBOs.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsabilités

Achieve enrollment/referral growth targets through direct and indirect marketing and community events.
Coordinate and participate in Molina turnkey community events with partners.
Develop and deepen relationships with community organizations and providers to build membership.
Collaborate with provider relations to raise awareness of Molina products and services.
Represent Molina in the community and facilitate presentations and educational materials.
Assist members with health access-related questions and inquiries.
Identify sponsorship opportunities and promote Molina's volunteer time off program.
Manage daily schedule aligned with growth and community engagement goals and travel to assigned regions.
Provide training and support to growth and community engagement team members.
