Community Medical Group in Orlando, FL is seeking a dynamic Membership Growth Specialist to expand our presence among seniors and community partners. The role focuses on outreach, education, and relationship-building to drive new patient memberships and engagement.

You will work with healthcare partners, brokers, and referral sources, using Salesforce and other sales tools to track opportunities, plan events, and deliver compelling presentations. Travel locally is expected.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of sales experience.
• Experience with seniors/Medicare populations or healthcare services preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM.
• Strong presentation, networking, and public speaking skills.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel locally; valid driver's license.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with seniors and partners to generate patient opportunities.
• Conduct outreach at senior centers, events, health fairs, and community settings.
• Promote the Community Medical Group value proposition to prospective patients and caregivers.
• Plan and participate in community outreach events and growth initiatives.
• Develop relationships with health plan agents, brokers, social workers, and referral sources.
• Schedule meetings with prospective patients and referral sources.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM and other sales tools to track leads and opportunities.
• Prepare activity calendars and strategic plans for target communities.
• Support marketing campaigns and re-engagement efforts.
• Deliver presentations to audiences about Community Medical Group services.
