Job summary

Intuit is hiring for a sales-focused role in the Phoenix area focusing on outbound calls to small and mid-market customers for QuickBooks and cloud-based products. You will balance outbound prospecting with inbound inquiries, aiming to meet a monthly revenue quota.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple applications during live calls, with a high-volume daily dialing routine.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience, preferably outbound calling
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong conversational skills — able to build rapport quickly by phone
• Comfortable working multiple applications simultaneously while on a live call
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly
• Able to work a consistent full-time schedule and sustain high daily call volume

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls each day to assigned prospect and customer lists
• Hold 10–12 customer appointments per day, conducting discovery on business needs
• Sell across a multi-product cloud-based portfolio, guiding to the right solution
• Handle inbound inquiries in addition to outbound activity and adapt approach
• Achieve or exceed monthly revenue quota and activity metrics
• Overcome objections and re-engage prospects across multiple touchpoints
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, opportunities, and next steps in Salesforce
• Navigate CRM, dialer, pricing tools, and order entry during live calls
• Collaborate with manager and peers in coaching sessions and reviews
