GLOVIS America Inc. in San Diego, CA is seeking a Senior Analyst to manage incoming manual carrier invoices, verify them against bills of lading, PODs, and ops confirmations, and create the carrier AP tracker for SAP uploads.

This role emphasizes accuracy in AP/AR, contract rate validation, fuel surcharge and accessorials, and cross-functional onboarding of vendors, with responsibilities spanning month-end close, accruals, and weekly payment preparation.

Qualifications

• Experience with AP/AR, invoicing and logistics.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS/GED required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor LOTS BM module daily to manage vendor items and invoices.
• Review AP settlements, validate rates, FSC, surcharges, and supporting documentation.
• Onboard new vendors and guide billing procedures and LOTS requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations to obtain approvals and resolve rate discrepancies.
• Monitor SAP interfacing and posting; support month-end close and accruals.
• Prepare weekly AP payments and manage AR/billing activities.
