FormativGroup is hiring a Senior Cybersecurity Architect to design security architectures spanning corporate IT, ICS, and OT in manufacturing settings. The role emphasizes balancing security with production uptime and reliability while aligning to regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with IT, OT, infrastructure, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify vulnerabilities and define controls. The position is remote in the United States with preference for St.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of cybersecurity experience including enterprise security architecture and solution design.
• Strong knowledge of network security, cloud security, and enterprise security architecture.
• Experience securing ICS and OT in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to collaborate across IT, OT, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Experience developing security standards, identifying vulnerabilities, and managing risk.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise cybersecurity architectures aligned with goals and best practices.
• Establish security frameworks, policies, standards, and guidelines for IT/OT.
• Develop cybersecurity roadmaps, reference architectures, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Identify vulnerabilities with IT/OT teams and implement controls.
• Evaluate new security technologies to protect manufacturing operations and uptime.
