Job summary

PwC Greece is seeking an ambitious Senior OT Security Engineer to join its Cybersecurity team. You will protect industrial systems and critical infrastructure, co-lead OT risk assessments, and design security controls for diverse clients.

You will mentor juniors, collaborate with global teams, and contribute to knowledge sharing while advancing capabilities in OT cybersecurity and advisory work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Automation, Electronics, or Computer Science.
• 2-4 years of experience in industrial cybersecurity or related fields.
• Practical experience with OT/ICS/IoT systems such as SCADA, PLCs, DCS, or IIoT.
• Familiarity with OT protocols like OPC, Modbus, Profinet/Profibus and with vendor tech (Siemens, Honeywell, ABB, Schneider).
• Strong OT cybersecurity concepts: network segmentation, secure remote access, IT/OT convergence, patch management, etc.
• Knowledge of common network devices and placement in industrial environments.
• Familiarity with IEC 62443 / ISA 99, NIST SP 800-82.
• Ability to produce clear technical and non-technical documentation.
• OT/IoT security certifications (ISA/IEC 62443, GICSP) are a plus.
• General knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST-CSF, ISO 27000).
• Fluent in English and Greek.

Responsibilities

• Analyse OT architecture and co-lead IC S/OT risk assessments.
• Design and implement cybersecurity controls for industrial systems.
• Develop IC S security frameworks based on ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams on projects.
• Maintain asset inventories and OT security documentation.
• Integrate security into operations and lifecycle processes.
• Research emerging threats and best practices in industrial cybersecurity.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Support capability building within the OT cybersecurity team.
