Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Principal OT Product Security Architect in the Atlanta area. This hybrid role focuses on securing complex OT/ICS products across hardware, software, robotics, and connected systems within warehouse and distribution environments.

You will collaborate with engineering, product management, R&D, and security leadership to embed secure-by-design practices from design through deployment, influencing decisions and delivering robust security controls at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cybersecurity/OT/ICS security or related field.
• Experience designing or assessing OT security architectures.
• Experience with industrial automation/PLC/HMI/SCADA environments.
• Strong OT/ICS architecture and industrial networking knowledge.
• Ability to translate risk into practical security controls.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain OT cybersecurity architecture and reference architectures.
• Lead security architecture reviews across OT, software, and cloud environments.
• Design secure network architectures including segmentation and secure remote access.
• Embed secure-by-design and DevSecOps practices in the product lifecycle.
• Mentor teams on secure OT architecture and best practices.
