Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Principal OT Product Security Architect in Atlanta, GA, offering a hybrid work setup. You will lead security architecture for complex OT/ICS products used in warehouses and supply chains, guiding engineering, product management, and security leadership from design to deployment.

You will shape security for hardware, software, robotics, and industrial networks, translating regulatory requirements into engineering controls and practical designs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of cybersecurity/OT security experience.
• Experience designing/assessing OT cybersecurity architectures.
• Strong knowledge of industrial networks, PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and secure remote access.
• Ability to translate cybersecurity risks into practical architecture decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain OT cybersecurity architecture, requirements, and reference architectures for industrial products.
• Lead security architecture reviews across OT, software, controls, and cloud environments.
• Design secure network architectures with segmentation, DMZs, and secure remote access.
• Embed secure-by-design and DevSecOps practices across the product lifecycle.
• Support threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and security architecture evaluations.
• Mentor teams on OT security best practices and emerging technologies.
