Job summary

Dematic in the United States is seeking a Principal OT Product Security Architect to lead architecture and secure-by-design initiatives across Dematic OT products and solutions. You will drive architecture, collaborate with product management, R&D, IT, and regional teams to embed cybersecurity throughout the lifecycle.

This role requires deep OT/ICS security expertise, hands-on threat modeling, risk-based remediation, and the ability to influence across engineering and business teams without

Qualifications

• 8+ years of cybersecurity, OT/ICS security, product security, or related experience.
• Experience designing or assessing OT cybersecurity architectures.
• Knowledge of OT environments such as industrial networks, PLCs, HMIs, SCADA.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to ensure security by design for Dematic OT products and solutions.
• Lead security architecture and design reviews across OT, software, controls, networking, and cloud environments.
• Define secure network architectures including segmentation, OT-to-cloud connectivity, and secure remote access.
• Integrate secure-by-design and DevSecOps into product lifecycles.
• Define cybersecurity requirements for products, systems, software, and deployments.
• Lead or support threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and security architecture assessments.
• Establish risk-based remediation approaches for OT vulnerabilities.
• Translate standards/regulations (IEC 62443, NIST CSF, ISO 27001) into technical requirements.
• Support product certification, audits, and security reviews with customers.
• Mentor teams on OT cybersecurity Architecture and secure design practices.
• Evaluate emerging OT cybersecurity technologies and contribute to the roadmap.
