Job summary

Accenture is seeking an OT System Lead in the United States to manage deployment and support of OT/ICS projects. You will design, implement, and maintain PLC, SCADA, and DCS solutions, collaborating with electrical, process, and software teams to ensure reliable plant operation.

Ideal candidates will have 15+ years in OT/Control Systems, strong cybersecurity practices for OT, and the ability to translate process requirements into robust engineering solutions throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of hands-on experience in industrial automation/OT
• Experience with PLC programming (Siemens S7, Rockwell, Schneider, ABB etc.) and HMI/SCADA platforms
• Knowledge of IEC 61131-3, cybersecurity for OT and networking concepts

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize control system architectures for plants
• Develop and maintain software for PLC/DCS/SCADA/historian systems
• Provide on-call support and troubleshoot startup/runtime issues
