Job summary

Bls Us in Fort Collins, CO is seeking an OT Engineer to support and improve industrial control systems across Oil & Gas, Water, RNG sectors. You will provide hands-on technical support for SCADA/HMI, PLCs, RTUs, OT networks, and cybersecurity, collaborating with Ops, Engineering, IT, and vendors.

This role may require travel to facilities and after-hours support; you will participate in upgrades and modernization projects and develop OT documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Controls, Automation, or IT, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with industrial automation including SCADA, PLCs, and RTUs.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to operating facilities.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and improve OT and industrial control systems.
• Troubleshoot automation, networking, and control-system issues.
• Configure OT network infrastructure and remote connectivity.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives including remote access and patching.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, IT, and vendors.
• Assist with commissioning, startup, and site upgrades.
• Develop and maintain OT documentation and diagrams.
• Participate in after-hours support rotation.
