McCormick & Company is seeking an OT Engineer to join the OT Product Line in a remote US capacity. You will design, implement, and support manufacturing technology platforms with focus on reliability, safety, and uptime.

Work with Product Manager, Architects, Cybersecurity, and Plant Operations to deliver secure OT solutions, including PLC/SCADA, MES integration, and data frameworks; travel 25–40% to manufacturing sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 6–9 years of experience in manufacturing OT environments.
• Willingness to travel 25–40% to manufacturing sites.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in fast-moving teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads the design and deployment of standardized OT solutions (PLC, HMI, SCADA).
• Drives lifecycle management of industrial automation platforms and patches.
• Contributes to product backlogs with automation improvement ideas.
• Implements high-availability and disaster recovery for critical systems.
• Collaborates with Product, Architecture, Cybersecurity, and Plant Ops teams.
