Job summary

Accenture is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior Manager to lead multi-workstream engagements across critical infrastructure clients. You will guide delivery quality, build trusted relationships at the CISO and VP levels, and contribute to business development across the OT security market.

You will mentor a team of consultants, shape strategy, and shape proposals while ensuring program maturity and risk management. This role travels as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in OT/ICS cybersecurity or critical infrastructure security roles.
• Minimum 7 years of consulting experience delivering OT security programs to Fortune/Global 1000 or critical infrastructure clients.
• Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years leading OT security assessments or managed security implementations.
• Experience engaging with C-suite and VP-level client stakeholders on OT risk and program strategy.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years).

Responsibilities

• Lead complex OT security engagements across multiple workstreams.
• Develop OT security program strategies including roadmaps and governance structures.
• Advise CISOs and senior leaders on OT risk, compliance, and program maturity.
• Drive growth through client relationship development and upsell opportunities.
• Mentor and manage consultants and senior consultants to ensure delivery quality.
• Contribute to competitive pursuits with strong technical credibility.
