Job summary

Black & Veatch Family of Companies is seeking an Industrial Cybersecurity Senior Consultant to manage and contribute to technical consulting projects for critical infrastructure clients. The role blends hands-on engineering with advisory services, including onsite assessments, workshops, and maturity analyses to drive security program improvements.

You will lead delivery teams, develop master plans, and ensure effective client coordination across medium to large engagements in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
• 7+ years experience in a business/consulting environment
• Experience applying OT standards/regulations (NIST, IEC 62443, NERC CIP)
• Experience scoping and estimating technical projects
• Proven ability to assess security architectures of OT networks
• Experience facilitating risk workshops, table-top exercises, and client-facing work sessions
• Graduate degree preferred
• 2+ years business development experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess client cybersecurity posture and develop recommendations to enhance their programs and technologies.
• Lead workshops, data collection, tabletop exercises and client interviews.
• Perform asset and vulnerability scanning of client networks and conduct site walkdowns.
• Apply OT cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements to client programs.
• Develop master plans and program implementation guidance; present conclusions and recommendations.
