Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior or Senior Consultant in Technology Consulting to lead defined workstreams across OT security assessments, architecture, strategy and implementation for industrial environments.

You will work directly with clients, deliver high‑quality technical and executive deliverables, and mentor junior team members while applying ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82 and NIST CSF frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant cybersecurity/OT security experience.
• Experience with OT cybersecurity assessments and architecture reviews.
• Familiarity with OT/ICS environments and systems such as SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, HMI.
• Knowledge of ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, NIST CSF.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OT cybersecurity maturity and risk assessments and audits.
• Assess ICS/SCADA environments and industrial networks.
• Review OT network architectures, segmentation, and secure remote access.
• Support OT cybersecurity strategy, roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Design and support OT security solution implementations with safety and reliability in mind.
• Prepare client deliverables, architecture diagrams and executive briefings.
• Lead workstreams, tracking, budgets and planning.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to proposals and assets.
