Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior/Senior Consultant to help secure industrial environments and drive security across OT programs. You will lead defined workstreams, conduct maturity assessments, and deliver technical and executive documents for clients.

You will collaborate with engineering, operations and IT teams, applying ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF, and related standards while staying current on threats and regulatory developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in cybersecurity OT security, industrial automation, or related areas.
• Experience with OT cybersecurity assessments, architecture reviews, risk analysis, or security design/implementation.
• Knowledge of OT and ICS environments (SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, HMI).
• Familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, NIST CSF or equivalent guidance.
• Experience producing professional reports and architecture artifacts.
• Ability and willingness to travel based on client/project needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OT cybersecurity maturity assessments, risk assessments, gap analyses, security audits, architecture reviews and vulnerability assessments.
• Assess industrial environments including ICS, SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, HMI, SIS and IIoT technologies; industrial networks and supporting infrastructure.
• Review OT network architectures, segmentation, zones, firewalls, secure remote access, hardening, asset visibility and monitoring capabilities.
• Develop OT cybersecurity strategies, roadmaps, policies, standards, procedures, reference architectures and implementation plans.
• Design and support implementation of OT security solutions considering safety, availability, reliability and operations.
• Apply frameworks such as ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, NIST CSF with sector guidance.
• Lead client interviews/workshops and technical discussions with engineering, operations, IT and cybersecurity stakeholders.
• Prepare client deliverables, architecture diagrams, executive presentations and prioritized recommendations.
• Lead defined workstreams, support project planning, status reporting, risk tracking, resource planning and budget monitoring.
• Collaborate with engagement leadership and multidisciplinary teams; mentor junior staff where appropriate.
• Contribute to proposals, client presentations and reusable assets; identify additional client needs.
• Stay current on OT threats, vulnerabilities and regulatory developments.
