Job summary

Idexcel is seeking an experienced Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to support its OT modernization initiatives. The role focuses on securing OT/ICS/SCADA environments and critical infrastructure through risk assessments, vulnerability management, and the implementation of robust cybersecurity controls across systems.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or Network Security Engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with OT, ICS, SCADA, or critical infrastructure environments.
• Understanding of OT security principles, risk assessment, vulnerability management, and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Support cybersecurity initiatives focused on OT infrastructure modernization and security enhancements.
• Assess and strengthen security across OT, ICS, SCADA, and critical infrastructure environments.
• Identify security risks, vulnerabilities, and potential threats and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support security assessments, monitoring, risk management, and implementation of cybersecurity controls.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, engineering, and security teams to improve OT security posture.
• Participate in Agile delivery processes, including SAFe Agile or Scrum ceremonies.
