Randstad is seeking a Senior OT Cybersecurity Engineer to support critical infrastructure modernization and fleet monitoring initiatives. The role emphasizes hands-on deployment, DMZ creation, and securing OT/SCADA networks compliant with TSA directives.

The position involves working on secure DMZs, firewall deployments, boundary controls, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet milestones for transit and fleet security across the Northeast Corridor, with occasional in-person PI

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity or network engineering focused on OT/SCADA/critical infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience designing network segmentation, firewalls, and DMZs in operational networks.
• Deep knowledge of OT network protocols and industrial networking standards.
• Strong familiarity with TSA Security Directives, NIST SP 800-82 and IEC 62443.
• Excellent technical communication and ability to work in a remote team.
• SAFe Agile or Scrum experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Execute hands-on network segmentation and secure DMZs for OT/SCADA/ICS environments.
• Deploy and configure security architecture, firewalls, and boundary controls across transit and fleet systems.
• Remediate vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with TSA Rail Directives, NIST SP 800-82, IEC 62443.
• Secure and integrate network connectivity for fleet monitoring across assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet security milestones on schedule.
• Attend quarterly PI planning sessions in the Northeast Corridor (Philadelphia/Baltimore).
