Job summary

FormativGroup is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Architect to design enterprise security architectures spanning corporate IT, manufacturing, and OT environments. You will lead efforts to establish standards, roadmaps, and risk mitigation while balancing uptime and security across IT, OT, and industrial networks.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and alignment with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in cybersecurity, including enterprise security architecture and solution design.
• Strong knowledge of network, cloud, and enterprise security architecture.
• Experience securing ICS and OT in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to collaborate across IT, OT, engineering, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
• Experience developing security standards, identifying vulnerabilities, managing risk, and addressing applicable security or regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise cybersecurity architectures aligned with business goals and security best practices.
• Establish security frameworks, policies, standards, and technical guidelines for IT and OT environments.
• Develop cybersecurity roadmaps, reference architectures, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Work with IT, OT, infrastructure, engineering, and business teams to identify vulnerabilities and implement security controls.
• Evaluate emerging security technologies and support security practices that protect manufacturing operations and business continuity.
