Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior/Senior Consultant to lead defined workstreams across OT security assessments, architecture and implementation initiatives. You will work directly with clients, prepare executive deliverables, and help improve security and resilience of industrial environments.

You will apply ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82 and NIST CSF, collaborate with engineering and operations teams, and contribute to proposals and reusable assets. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant OT cybersecurity experience.
• Experience with OT assessments, architecture reviews and risk analysis.
• Knowledge of OT/ICS environments and systems (SCADA, DCS, PLC, HMI).
• Familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, NIST CSF.
• Experience producing professional reports and architecture artifacts.
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity assessments, architecture reviews, and risk analyses.
• Prepare high‑quality deliverables for technical and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, IT, and cybersecurity stakeholders.
• Develop OT security strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to proposals.
