Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior/Senior Consultant to lead defined workstreams across OT security assessments, architecture, strategy and implementation for industrial clients in the US. You will work with clients directly, deliver high‑quality technical and executive deliverables, and improve security and resilience of industrial environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity, OT security, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant cybersecurity/OT experience; travel as required.
• Experience performing OT cybersecurity assessments, architecture reviews and risk analysis.
• Knowledge of OT/ICS environments (SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, HMI).
• Familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82 and NIST CSF guidance.
• Experience producing reports, presentations or architecture artifacts.
• Willingness to travel based on client and project needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OT cybersecurity maturity assessments, risk analyses, security audits and architecture reviews.
• Assess ICS/OT environments and industrial networks and supporting infrastructure.
• Review OT network architectures, segmentation and secure remote access.
• Develop OT cybersecurity strategies, roadmaps, policies and implementation plans.
• Design and support OT security solutions considering safety and reliability.
• Prepare client deliverables, diagrams and executive presentations.
• Lead workstreams, project planning and risk/issue tracking.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to proposals and thought leadership.
• Stay current on OT threats, vulnerabilities and regulatory developments.
