Job summary

Wabtec Corporation seeks a Staff Cybersecurity Architect - OT to define and drive cybersecurity strategy for OT/ICS/SCADA environments. You will lead architecture, assessments, monitoring, and incident response across global sites.

Travel up to 25% and collaboration with operations, engineering, and vendors are essential to balance safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance while improving resilience.

Qualifications

5+ years in cybersecurity/IT/engineering; manufacturing/industrial exposure preferred
Experience conducting OT cybersecurity assessments and architecture reviews
Experience leading OT cybersecurity incident response
Familiar with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF, and OT security best practices

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain enterprise OT cybersecurity architecture standards and reference architectures.
Design secure OT network architectures with segmentation, Purdue Model, and zero trust concepts.
Lead OT monitoring, detection platforms, dashboards, and alerting content.
Develop OT incident response playbooks and participate in tabletop exercises.
Drive OT vulnerability management, risk assessment, and remediation tracking.
