Job summary

Wabtec Corporation is seeking an Staff Cybersecurity Architect - OT to define and implement cybersecurity strategy for OT/ICS/IIoT environments. You will work with plant operations, engineering, and security teams to secure industrial systems and align with safety and regulatory requirements, including up to 25% travel.

The role leads OT security architecture, site assessments, monitoring, and incident response across global sites, reporting to the CISO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cybersecurity, IT, or engineering with OT/ICS exposure preferred.
• Experience in OT cybersecurity assessments and architecture reviews.
• Experience leading OT cybersecurity incident response.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise OT cybersecurity architecture standards.
• Design secure OT network architectures and Purdue model implementation.
• Lead OT monitoring, detection, and incident response activities.
• Conduct OT/ICS risk assessments and remediation roadmaps.
• Coordinate with audit, risk, engineering, and operations teams.
