Job summary

Wabtec Corporation is seeking a Staff Cybersecurity Architect - OT to define and implement the cybersecurity strategy for OT/ICS/SCADA and IIoT environments.

You will collaborate with plant operations, engineering, infrastructure, and vendors to secure industrial systems, align with regulatory requirements, and lead resilience planning, threat modeling, and incident response initiatives across sites. Wabtec emphasizes safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Cybersecurity, CS, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity, IT, or engineering; OT/ICS experience preferred.
• Experience conducting OT cybersecurity assessments and architecture reviews.
• Experience with OT vulnerability management and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise OT cybersecurity architecture standards and reference architectures.
• Design secure OT network architectures including segmentation, Purdue model, and zero-trust principles.
• Lead OT monitoring deployment and define OT-specific use cases and dashboards.
• Support OT incident response, containment, and recovery activities and develop playbooks.
