Job summary

Wabtec Corporation is seeking a Staff Cybersecurity Architect - OT to define and implement cybersecurity strategy for OT/ICS/IIoT environments. The role collaborates with plant operations, engineering, and vendors to ensure safety, reliability, and regulatory alignment.

Travel up to 25% and strong leadership in OT security architecture, site assessments, monitoring, and improvement initiatives across global sites are key components of this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
• 5+ years of cybersecurity, IT, or engineering experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial environments with OT/ICS.
• Experience conducting OT cybersecurity assessments and architecture reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise OT cybersecurity architecture standards and reference architectures aligned with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, NIST CSF.
• Design secure OT network architectures including segmentation, Purdue Model, industrial DMZs, and zero trust principles.
• Lead OT monitoring, asset discovery, and industrial threat detection platform deployments and tuning.
• Support OT incident response, containment, eradication, and recovery activities.
