Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with upstream manufacturing systems in pilot plant automation.
• 4 years with Rockwell/Allen-Bradley PLCs, HMI, SCADA, OT cybersecurity, and IT/OT integration.
• 4 years knowledge of virtualization, PI Historian, MES, and industrial networking.
• Understanding of regulated systems and validation processes.

Responsibilities

• Optimize IT/OT infrastructure for plant automation and process control.
• Build and support OT infrastructure for GMP manufacturing and pilot plants.
• Lead project scoping, requirements, and automation infrastructure solutions.
• Collaborate with scientists, automation engineers, and vendors to define technical requirements.
• Design and maintain IT/OT service architecture diagrams for plant networks and systems.
