Lonza Walkersville, MD seeks an Automation Engineer (OT) to deliver technical leadership and hands-on support for site-based automation and OT systems.

The role covers EMS, BAS, PCS, MES/EBR, LIMS, and ensures data integrity, cybersecurity, and GMP/21 CFR Part 11 compliance across manufacturing, utilities, QC, and labs. Onsite with travel to satellite sites, you should have 5+ years in regulated manufacturing and expertise in DeltaV, Rockwell, Siemens, Allen Bradley.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of hands-on OT/industrial automation experience in regulated environments.
• Proficient in DeltaV, Rockwell, Siemens, Allen Bradley, and MODA-ES.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical leadership and hands-on support for site-based automation and OT systems.
• Ensure integrity, reliability, security, and compliance of OT infrastructure across manufacturing, utilities, QC, and labs.
• Support lifecycle management from design through validation and CAPEX/OPEX projects.
