Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Senior Architecture & Governance Issues/Defect Solution Analyst to join the Operational Technology team. You will drive architecture integrity, governance compliance, and defect resolution across OT environments, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and compliant OT systems.

You will lead defect tracking, provide architecture oversight for OT solutions, and contribute to standard work and LEAN process improvements, operating within EY's global practice.

Qualifications

• Experience with Operational Technology environments and governance.
• End-to-end issues management and defect handling experience.
• Defect intake, exception review, and change request workflows experience.

Responsibilities

• Review OT designs for alignment with enterprise standards.
• Maintain governance frameworks, SOPs and documentation.
• Lead defect intake, triage and remediation cycles.
• Coordinate with OT architects, cybersecurity, and product owners.
• Develop and maintain OT architecture standards and governance processes.
