EY is seeking a highly skilled OT Senior Architecture & Governance Issues/Defect Solution Analyst to join our Operational Technology team. This role drives architectural integrity, governance compliance, and effective defect resolution across OT environments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security and compliance, provide defects tracking and architecture oversight for OT systems, and support governance processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with OT environments and governance.
• End-to-end issues management and defect workflows.
• Ability to build and manage SOPs, trackers, and reporting templates.
• Knowledge of security controls and regulatory frameworks (NERC CIP, NIST CSF, ISO 27001).

Responsibilities

• Review OT designs for alignment with enterprise standards.
• Lead defect intake, triage and remediation cycles.
• Maintain governance frameworks, SOPs and documentation.
• Collaborate with OT architects, cybersecurity, and product owners.
