Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Defects Senior Architecture & Governance Issues/Defect Solution Analyst to join the Operational Technology team. You will drive architectural integrity, governance compliance, and effective defect resolution across OT environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, compliant operations.

You will support the OT manager with defect tracking, architecture oversight, and governance activities, including SOps, reporting, and LEAN process improvements,

Qualifications

• Experience in operational technology environments and governance.
• Experience with end-to-end issues management and defect tracking workflows.
• Ability to build and manage SOPs, trackers, and reporting templates.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, shopfloor OT contexts and relevant safety/quality considerations.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, ISA/IEC 62443) and their OT applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead defects intake, triage, and remediation cycles across OT environments.
• Track and report on defects, risks and remediation progress; facilitate weekly defect reviews.
• Provide architecture oversight and approvals for OT systems, VLANs and controls.
• Collaborate with OT architects, cybersecurity teams, and product owners to align on resolutions.
