EY is seeking an OT Senior Architecture & Governance Issues/Defect Solution Analyst to lead governance, defect resolution, and architecture oversight across OT environments. You will work with OT architects, cybersecurity teams, and product owners to ensure secure, compliant operations and ongoing process improvement.

This role emphasizes risk assessment, security controls, and formal defect management practices as part of a broader governance framework.

Qualifications

• Experience in OT environments and governance.
• End-to-end issues management and defects.
• Defect intake, exception review, and change workflows.
• Ability to build SOPs, trackers, reporting templates.
• Familiarity with manufacturing/OT domains and safety/quality.
• Security architecture design for SaaS/PaaS/IaaS/AI/ML/Zero Trust.

Responsabilités

• Review OT system designs for alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Maintain governance frameworks, SOPs, and documentation.
• Support change review boards and architecture decision forums.
• Lead defect intake, triage, and remediation cycles.
• Track and report on defects and remediation progress; facilitate weekly reviews.
• Collaborate with OT architects, system owners, cybersecurity teams, and DECA.
