EY is seeking an OT Senior Architecture & Governance Issues/Defect Solution Analyst to join the Operational Technology team. You will drive architectural integrity, governance compliance, and defect resolution across OT environments.

You will collaborate with OT architects, cybersecurity teams, and product owners to ensure secure, compliant operations and effective defect management across designs, implementations, and processes.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Operational Technology (OT) environments and governance.
• Experience with end-to-end issues management and defect handling.
• Experience with defect intake, exception review, and change request workflows.
• Ability to build and manage SOPs, trackers, and reporting templates.
• Familiarity with manufacturing/OT environments and related safety/quality considerations.
• Knowledge of security architecture design and assessment of SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, AI/ML, ZTA.

Aufgaben

• Review OT system designs for alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Maintain governance frameworks, SOPs, and documentation.
• Support change review boards and architecture decision forums.
• Lead defect intake, triage, and remediation cycles.
• Track and report on defects, risks, and remediation progress.
• Facilitate weekly defect review meetings and follow-ups.
