Job summary

EY is seeking a highly skilled OT Senior Architecture & Governance Issues/Defect Solution Analyst to join its Operational Technology (OT) team. The role focuses on architectural integrity, governance compliance, and effective defect and issue resolution across OT environments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure OT systems are secure, compliant, and continuously improved through governance and defect management processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end issues management and defects
• Knowledge of OT environments and governance
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (NERC CIP, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, 62443)

Responsibilities

• Review OT system designs for alignment with enterprise architecture standards
• Maintain governance frameworks, SOPs, and documentation
• Lead defect intake, triage, and remediation cycles
• Track and report defects and remediation progress
• Facilitate defect review meetings with stakeholders
• Collaborate with OT architects, cybersecurity teams, and product owners
