Job summary

Celerity Integrated Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time OSP Make Ready Project Manager in Quakertown, PA.

You will oversee prep of poles and underground infrastructure for fiber/cable installs, coordinating with pole owners, contractors and engineers to ensure compliance, safety, and timely completion. Responsibilities include bid-to-completion management, timelines, field crew planning, and progress reporting while ensuring budget adherence and safe operations.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of telecommunications experience in ISP/OSP.
• Outside Plant (OSP) make-ready and construction project management experience required.
• Ability to manage multiple aggressive job schedules.
• Ability to read blueprints, specs and scopes of work.
• Field experience capturing pole data, heights, guying structures, etc.
• Knowledge of make-ready engineering packages.
• Valid Driver's License and OSHA 30 Construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple make-ready projects from bid to completion.
• Develop and maintain project timelines and provide progress reports.
• Plan and organize work packages and schedules for field crews.
• Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, equipment, material, lodging, fueling, and staging.
• Oversee field activities to meet job cost budgets and safety standards.
• Track materials and billing with assistance from the project coordinator.
• Review Daily Performance Reports for accuracy and project performance.
• Communicate with customers and upper management, and attend meetings as needed.
• Assist with LOEs for bids and change orders.
• Ensure all safety protocols and initiatives are met on site.
