Job summary

Ziply Fiber in Everett, WA is seeking a Senior OSP Engineer (Twisted Pair, Permitting & Project Delivery) to lead outside plant design, budgeting and project delivery for fiber network growth.

You will manage ROW/permits, coordinate with utilities, maintain cable records and provide mentorship across teams; requires 5–7 years OSP experience, a engineering degree or equivalent, and a valid driver's license. This is a full-time on-site role focused on safety, quality, and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent work experience, or minimum seven years in outside plant engineering.
• Minimum of five to seven years telecommunication outside plant design including twisted pair, road moves, and fiber.
• Minimum of three years in ROW, private easement and permitting with local, state, and federal entities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outside plant design and project planning to support network growth.
• Coordinate permits with state, county, city, and other entities; manage ROW/easements.
• Maintain cable records and update as-built drawings.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with Planning, Scheduling, Operations, and external vendors.
