Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the OS&D exception management roadmap across the inbound supply chain.

You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to plan the product backlog, lead product discovery, and measure outcomes from features in production. You will own strategy/roadmap development, ground requirements in operational reality with logistics partners, and create business cases quantifying claims recovery and labor savings.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in product management, technology, or operations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and inbound supply chain operations.
• Ability to set a compelling product vision and multi-year roadmap.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and own the strategic product roadmap for OS&D exception management across the inbound supply chain.
• Lead product and technical discovery and drive MVP scope and prioritized execution.
• Partner with supply chain and transportation to ground requirements in operational reality.
• Build business cases quantifying claims recovery, chargeback reduction, and labor savings.
• Drive prioritization and alignment across engineering and operations.
• Define product requirements, data schemas, and integration specifications.
• Define and measure KPIs for features and monitor system health.
