Job summary

Nordstrom is seeking a Product Manager 2 for Inventory Movement in the Seattle area. You will lead data-driven product decisions across transfers, returns, and RTVs, shaping the customer experience and business impact.

You will own the roadmap, prioritize backlog, and collaborate with Engineering, UX, Stores, and Supply Chain teams to deliver value in production. The role emphasizes KPI measurement, feature discovery, and cross-functional alignment to improve how inventory moves through the

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management or equivalent experience with technology, ecommerce, or supply chain/logistics preferred.
• Basic ability to define, measure and analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Basic technical background and understanding of software development principles, including A/B testing and end-to-end system integrations.
• Ability to build relationships cross-functionally with Analytics, Engineering, UX, and Store Ops.

Responsibilities

• Measure and monitor KPI performance for product epics and features.
• Develop improvement plans for KPI degradation across inventory movement flows.
• Identify feature opportunities using internal KPIs and operational data to improve inventory movement.
• Prioritize features and develop quarterly priorities and annual backlog.
• Partner with UX, Research, Engineering, Stores, and Supply Chain & Returns Ops on feature design.
• Work with engineering during development to ensure objectives across systems are met.
• Translate requirements into clear, actionable product specs.
• Develop an A/B testing plan with analytics.
